E46: Share Love Everywhere with Ashley Reale

March Theme: Collaboration vs. Competition

March is Women’s History Month and we’ll be celebrating all month long, centering our conversations around the theme of “Collaboration vs. Competition.” Join us as we explore and break down the myths, stereotypes, and societal norms designed to keep women small, competing, and tearing each other down. It doesn’t have to be this way, and with our guests, we’ll learn how to navigate difficult conversations, establish boundaries, and step into our full expression.

This Week’s Guests

Ashley Reale

Graduating from art school with a B.A. in fashion design, Ashley Reale took her degree to New York City where she began a vibrant career in the fashion industry. Feeling a lack of purpose in the big business of mall brand fashion design, Ashley began leaving herself and others handwritten encouragement notes to stay inspired and uplifted. Before she knew it, friends were joining her in her mission to spread joy, and Love Everywhere was born.

Based out of Nashville, Ashley spends her time raising her two kiddos, laughing at her rambunctious rescue dog, and cultivating a community of kind hearts and good vibes through the simple act of sharing words the same way friends share coffee. Graciously, sincerely, and with love.

In this episode:

  • What is Love Everywhere and how did it start?

  • With more than 28,000 cards sent, where have they shown up around the world?

  • Ashley’s transformation after her divorce

  • Ashley shares the story of the moment she knew her marriage was over (TW, we discuss sexual assault)

  • What does “collaboration vs. competition” mean to Ashley and how has that shown up in her life?
