📚 Read + Reflect - The Book’s Best Friend

If you haven’t read Hiking My Feelings: Stepping Into the Healing Power of Nature yet, bundle it up with our Read + Reflect program to dive deep into the lessons learned in each chapter and set yourself up for success with an affirmation, song, mindful morning ritual, a prompt to help you use social media more mindfully, and journal prompts from each chapter! If you’ve already read the book and are ready to dig in, you can sign up for the program here!

If you're new to our community, welcome! I'm going to take you on a trip down memory lane. Let's talk about where we started:

This is the original website I built in 2018.

I built our first site as a free landing page on Mailchimp and it's wild to see how far we've come. I was just as proud of that website back then as I am about what we're building today. When we were starting, adding dates to the list was like my personal victory lap around the world every single time. I felt valuable, and like this rocket ship was about to take off.

This is the website I built in 2019.

I built this in May 2019 while we were between tour stops and house sitting for a friend of ours. We launched in on Hiking My Feelings' birthday (May 21st) and I remember being so damn proud of this site too. We were broke as a joke, and spending the money to build and host a proper website was absolutely terrifying but I knew we couldn't keep going on what we had.

And now you’re here, at our brand new site!

Thank you so much for being part of our community and celebrating this milestone with us!
